Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide an exchange option under the following conditions:

  1. Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged or defective products received.
  2. Customers must record a clear unboxing video as proof while opening the package.
  3. The request for exchange must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
  4. The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  5. After verification, we will process the replacement within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned product.
