Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide an exchange option under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged or defective products received.
- Customers must record a clear unboxing video as proof while opening the package.
- The request for exchange must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- After verification, we will process the replacement within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned product.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products without an unboxing video will not be considered for exchange.
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or negligence will not be eligible.
- Customized or personalized jewelry items cannot be exchanged.
